Barbaresco a Tavola

In May 2020 the Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco presents the official launch of the new vintage during “Barbaresco a Tavola”, an event now in its 26th edition: a unique opportunity to taste, match and understand the Barbaresco 2017

The presentation will take the form of dinners that will be held simultaneously in the restaurants of the area of production. For three Fridays, 815 and 22 of May, the restaurants will offer, each according to their creativity, the typical local cuisine matched with several Barbaresco 2017, twenty different for each evening, tasted strictly blind: the best way to understand the vintage as a whole without any conditioning. Only at the end of the dinner will be revealed the names of the producers.
