Barbaresco a Tavola

On Friday 10th December returns Barbaresco to Tavola, the historical blind tasting of the last vintage of Barbaresco DOCG on the market, arrived at its 27th edition. A unique evening to discover the Barbaresco 2018 in all its shades!
Also this year the Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco will have the pleasure to officially present the latest vintage 2018 in collaboration with the restaurants of the area of origin: an unmissable opportunity to taste, match and understand the Barbaresco DOCG 2018.
The presentation will take the form of dinners organized at the same time in all restaurants participating in the initiative. In combination with the typical local cuisine, proposed according to the creativity of each chef, during the evening will be tasted the Barbaresco 2018 strictly blind: the best way to understand the vintage as a whole without any conditioning. Only at the end of the dinner will be revealed the names of the producers.
From this year the Enoteca del Barbaresco joins its commitment in the promotion of Barbaresco to the enhancement of local products as part of the short chain project BARBA-GUSTI (PSR 2014/2020 Piedmont Region under measure 16.4 years 2019). Within each menu there will be some typical products short chain of our member producers.
Reservations must be made directly to the restaurants.
We remind you that the Barbaresco tasted during each of the three evenings will be the same at all the restaurants and will be on sale at the Enoteca
