Piero’s father founded the winery in 1953. Piero with the help of his wife, Lucia, his daughter Emanuela and his son Pierguido manages all phases of production from the vineyard to the winery. The harvest is carried out entirely by hand, the date for picking the grapes is chosen after a careful analysis of their ripening stage. Most wines mature in large oak barrels and a few of them in barrique barrels.
