Born as a mixed company (viticulture and fruit cultivation) on the hills of the city of Alba, in the Madonna di Como area, it changes destination when Walter Veglia, the son of the founder, finished the Enological school of Alba and, after some consultations in prestigious wineries, decides to vinificate the grapes owned involving his brother Mauro. The first vintage of Barbaresco on the market is 2006 produced with grapes from the crù Castellizzano.
