Marinacci Manuel

Manuel Marinacci founded his winery in 2002 in San Rocco Seno d’Elvio, following a passion gained during the years of study in agronomy and winemaking and realizing the first Barbaresco vintage in 2004. The farm covers an area of about four hectares of vineyard, divided equally between Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo da Barbaresco. Manuel personally follows all the stages of Nebbiolo processing: from crop practices, to harvesting to winemaking.
