Tenuta Baràc

Tenuta Baràc is located near the town of Alba, in the hamlet of San Rocco Seno d’Elvio.
The estate is characterized by a beautiful farmhouse of the early twentieth century, the subject of an important architectural recovery, which brought to light the original materials.
In 2002 Wilma and Albino opened the agriturismo Cascina Baràc. From 2007 they began to manage directly the 12 hectares of vineyards owned until, in 2015, with the help of their sons Alberto and Marta, they decided to vinify their first vintage in the new winery.
It was important for the family to work sustainably from the outset and, after obtaining the green experience certification, they decided to start the conversion to organic in 2017.
Today they are officially certified BIO, both in the vineyard and in the cellar from vintage 2020.

Total annual production: about 25,000 bottles
