Tenuta Barac

Tenuta Barac was founded as a farmhouse in 2002. Over time it acquires a few hectares of Nebbiolo’s vineyards in the natural amphitheatre of the crù Rocche Massalupo in San Rocco Seno d’Elvio, from which come their Barbaresco. The soil in this area consists of an alternation of cemented sandy levels and siltose marnes that gives to the wine extreme finesse and elegance. The Barbaresco, aged for 12 months in oak barrels French, acquires greater complexity over time, revealing to the nose notes of cherry in spirit, tobacco and caramel.
