The Enoteca Regionale of Barbaresco had the pleasure to host a small representation of the Association Swedish Munskänkarna, nonprofit organization with more than 27,000 members that aims to increase awareness and education of the wine.
Each year the organization nominates and selects the city of wine of the year and the 2019 was the year of Barbaresco. The visit of the Swedish guests aimed at a closer knowledge of our wine region and was made up of a lesson on MGA Barbaresco at the Consorzio di Tutela, a tour of the Crù with the journalist Giancarlo Montaldo and visits at some wineries of the area.
On Saturday the Mayor of Barbaresco welcomed the representation on the tower to celebrate the weekend witha a final toast.
