The history of Azienda Agricola Sottimano begins with Rino and Anna in the late sixties. At the time it was a small production given by a few hectares of vineyards that have now become about twenty. Today Rino is joined by his sons Andrea, Elena and Claudia.
All the vineyards of the sub-areas of Barbaresco are vinified separately, in order to allow the individual soils to express their specific characteristics. The Nebbiolos from Barbaresco come from the 5 MGA Currà, Cottà, Basarin, Pajorè, Fausoni.
