We can’t wait to officially present the new Barbaresco DOCG 2021
in collaboration with the restaurants of the area of origin
Friday 10, 17 and 24 May Barbaresco a Tavola is ready to return! The historical blind tasting of the last vintage of Barbaresco DOCG on sale is now arrived at its 30th edition: an important goal that we are happy to celebrate during the three unmissable evenings of tasting and pairing to the discovery of Barbaresco 2021!
As every year, the presentation will take place during dinners organized simultaneously in all restaurants participating. In combination with the typical local cuisine, proposed according to the creativity of each chef, during the evening will be tasted the different Barbaresco 2021 strictly blindly: the best way to understand the vintage as a whole without any conditioning.
Only at the end of the dinner will the names of the producers be revealed.

We remind you that the Barbaresco tasted during each of the three evenings will be the same at all restaurants and will be on sale at the Enoteca.

Also this year the grappas of Barbaresco will be the protagonists of Barbaresco a Tavola!
At the end of each dinner will be tasting grappa produced with Nebbiolo da Barbaresco, the perfect way to end your journey to discover Barbaresco DOCG in all its shades.
