The origins of Cascina Masseria date back to 1960 when Lorenzo Giordano and his wife Giustina decide to buy the cellar. Initially the activity was limited to the sale of grapes grown, but starting from the early 2000s, thanks to the third generation, starts the idea of making wine on his own. Within the vineyards the cultivation relies totally on integrated pest management to dramatically reduce the use of chemicals. In the cellar this approach continues even during vinification, where the use of traditional methods and modern technology creates wines true to variety of departure.
